New clients receive 20% off their first event planning package. Your discount and final scope are confirmed in your quotation before you commit.
Starting prices are in AED. Venue rental, catering, decorations, audiovisual equipment and other third-party services are quoted separately unless explicitly included in your agreed package.

Make it yours
Choose a package and receive your free quotation. We agree the scope, final price and first-event discount before you commit.

Secure your booking
Approve your quotation, sign the service agreement and pay a 50% deposit by invoice. Your deposit secures your booking and starts planning.

Be in the moment
Pay the remaining 50% seven days before your event, then arrive and celebrate. We take care of your agreed event plans.

Initial enquiries and quotations are free. No payment is required until you accept your proposal.
50% to secure your date
After you approve the quotation and sign the service agreement, we issue an invoice for a 50% deposit. This payment secures your booking and allows planning to begin.
50% before the celebration
The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Large-scale events may have a customised payment schedule agreed around the project budget and timeline.
Every detail agreed in advance
Deposits, cancellation terms and refund conditions are clearly stated in your service agreement before payment. Venue rental, catering, decorations, audiovisual equipment and other third-party services are quoted separately unless expressly included.
